Tradie Hype provides digital marketing and lead generation services for home improvement contractors in Australia. We deliver qualified homeowner appointments to your calendar on a pay-per-shown-estimate basis.
To use our services, you must be a licensed contractor or business operating in Australia. You must provide accurate and complete information during the application process.
Our services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term lock-in contracts. You may discontinue services at any time by providing reasonable notice.
You agree to pay the agreed fee for each estimate appointment that is attended by the homeowner. Fees are invoiced in accordance with the schedule outlined in your partner agreement. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable.
We limit the number of contractors we partner with in each service area to maintain lead exclusivity. Territory availability is subject to application approval and is not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradie Hype shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
All content, branding, and materials on this website are the property of Tradie Hype Pty Ltd and are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
